Orea is a brand created to offer parents premium childcare items that help to promote their active lifestyles. We were tasked with refining their first product, the Adventure Crib. This product is a Pack-N-Play for children ages 0-3, inspired by ultra-lightweight and packable products from the outdoor industry. The goal was to create the most lightweight and packable crib on the market, to give parents both the inspiration and ability to adventure with their children.
In addition to the main frame and crib, this product has an auxiliary frame of aluminum tubes that pop directly into the corners of the frame. On top of this accessory structure, we developed a Sun Shade and Bug Net to promote the use of this product in the outdoors while ensuring the safety of the children.
In total, the development was two separate hardgood assemblies that work together, and six separate softgood products (with associated softgood pouches).
